All the different sizes in spheres

I made all the different sizes of spheres from this pattern. It is very easy to do and they are quick to do too. now I just have to invent to use them all in different toys. Give it a try it is fun to make them all. Here is a picture of them all.

Recycle handbag

I made this awhile back. I made this out of used plastic bags. You go through a lot of bags to make this handbag. It is very useful and practical. A better use for the plastic bags instead of throwing them away. It will be useful again. If you like to see a video of how I joined the plastic strips together just comment and I will make a video to show you how. Well here is a picture of two bags.

My sleeping doll

My sleeping doll again without a pattern. So far I keep trying and see what I can come up with that is cute. I got inspired for this doll from the waldorf sleeping baby. I felted the eyes and lips. It is easier to do then embroider them. As you can see it is pretty basic for those who have done dolls before. I like making dolls and before I finish one thing I'm already thinking of what I'm going to do next. You will find out from the next photo I guess if you keep checking.

My buzzbee

Hi guys, I just finished making this buzzbee for my grandson. He had a smile when he saw it. He is nearly one and he can recognize it. I had no pattern for it. I tried to copy a picture. It is the best I could do for now I guess.I'm always learning and improving. They say practice makes perfect and it is so. I saw the first toys I made and I can tell you the stuffing showed a little. I crochet tight I thought but I can do it much better now.First picture is the buzzbee I wanted to make but I looked at the videos to look at him sideways, front and back. Amish ball

Isn't this cute and soft. I made this Amish ball from this pattern. It is easy to do give it a try. It is fun for kids and they are not going to hurt themselves with it. It is also a puzzle ball. You can mix and match any colors. So here is my picture of my Amish ball.

Miku the doll

I haven't posted anything for  awhile. I have been doing amigurumi but this doll took me awhile to finish it. This was a challenge to make as the pattern was not explained properly sometimes I found it hard to understand at times but because I have some knowledge of some dolls I could make it. I am happy with the result. There was photos of the hair but I actually learn more from a video. Anyway here is my miku doll

My wiggly worm

I made this worm from the sphere free patterns. I used the sphere sizes 22 and 26. I made it for my grandson. I didn't plan or pinned how to join the balls so I wasn't very happy with how it came. Lesson learnt and also it is very hard to unpick my work. I had to make another head cause I ripped it. The eyes were looking down and I didn't like it. I used pastel colors and am happy with the choice of colors. It is a cuddly toy so let's see how my grandson will react to it. Usually when I show him a toy he smiles. He is turning one so he is only little. Here is a picture of it. You should give it a try.

Some of the toys I did so far

I made these amigurumi toys, some from free patterns,I actually bought one pattern and about five I made without a pattern. I have gifted four. Since that photo I have made an extra five.I have made all these since about six months ago. I still have a lot of passion for this amigurumi craft.

Peppa pig

Peppa pig, I started it on a pattern not quite know whose pattern is it. I ended up leaving it because I wasn't happy how the eyes came and left it there for weeks. Finally I decided to finish it. It is another TV character for very young children

Hoot from a tv show

This is from a kids ' tv show giggle and hoot. I made this as I go no patterns. I wish I wrote the patterns because it came so good. I tried my best to copy as best as I can.

Cute bunny girl

Hello, this time I made a bunny girl. The pattern was in dutch. I thought I give it a try. I had a bit of trouble joining the legs to the body. I didn't understand very well what you had to do. I tried to contact people who did this pattern and the response was use google which I did. The translation is not always right. I did my best and here is the picture. As soon as my daughter saw it she said that for her. It is fairly simple the rest of it. I did another one in brown.

Little Ted

I wanted a small teddy bear to attach it to a key clasp but this came big to use it for that. I made this little Ted from Sheep of Delight. I like it because I didn't have to do a muzzle separate. I wanted to try and see how it is made attached to the head. the pattern is easy so give it a try. The end results is cute. I made the mouth different to hers. Here is my picture.

Little doll

I made this lovely doll from Amigurumi BB. It wasn't hard to make easy to follow pattern. I did change the dress it was way too short for my doll. I continued increasing stitches according to her pattern and added another frill. I also wanted body to her hair so I added bangs Technic to about four rows from the bottom of the head. It is strange for me to leave her without a mouth and a nose. My girls said leave her to the child's imagination. So here is a picture of her.

Shaggy gorilla

I made this orangutan from the book Edward's Menagerie. My youngest daughter gave it to me for Christmas. She also wanted me to make this for her. I will make another one with a plain color wool. It was challenging as you had to concentrate about what you are doing all the time but I managed. It said it was level three. You should give it a try if you like it like me.
