Elf doll

Trying to finish what I started here is my finished elf doll. When I am not satisfied up to my standard I usually not complete it. This is my weakness but I am trying to finish things so I can start on new project. I made two sets of ears as the patterns say but mine came too small so I made another set with two yarn and I stuck them on, not very happy that the ears came close to the face but I can never unpick my work I sew too good.  I also should have used a smaller crochet for the body. I am a harsh critic for my work. I think I could have done better. I got the pattern from amigurumi bb she has many free patterns. She is very generous to share all her patterns for free. Good luck in making the elf girl I don't know if I ever try the elf boy now.

My boy from Amigurumi BB

I made this boy from the free pattern of Amigurumi BB. I used metal joints because I wanted it to be stronger. I was more happy with making the girl then the boy, why, I think I hate to make the same pattern twice. I made a large mouth thinking it would be smiling but I had to unpick it as I thought it was way too large as you can see from the photos. I tried to make tips in the boy's hair. I think I better stick to making animals dolls are harder. I think the girl came prettier. Anyway if you like to give it a go it is not really that hard to follow the pattern. cuddly doll

Here is a doll that I wanted to make for so long but always had something else to do. I made this pattern which  will put the link for you all. I love this doll but it is smaller then I thought it would be. I used the colors that the lady mentioned except for the collar I didn't like it white. I thought why introduce another color. I bought this pattern from Ravelry. It is a cute doll for you all to make not hard at all.

I made these amigurumi toys, some from free patterns,I actually bought one pattern and about five I made without a pattern. I have gifted four. Since that photo I have made an extra five.I have made all these since about six months ago. I still have a lot of passion for this amigurumi craft.

Amigurumi large doll

I made this from Bb amigurumi

 I added the nose and ears. Amazingly it didn't take me very long to make it. It is the largest thing that I've done so far.
