Crochet round bag

Hi this a crochet bag my sister made with my help as she doesn't crochet as a hobby like me. She knew how to make this stitch but she didn't even know the name of the stitch. We unpicked a few times and we changed the handle as you can see. She also macrame a shoulder strap so she can use it as a shoulder bag. It was her first crochet project and we got inspired from youtube. It was fun to have her around to crochet with me. We used tshirt yarn to make this bag. You can see them down below.

Crochet chalk bag

My beautiful niece had her birthday and she wouldn't except money so she asked me to make her a chalk bag. I didn't know what it was so she went and showed me her gym chalk bag. It was very small and I had a look not knowing if I could make her one. She told me roughly the size she wanted and how she wanted it to look like. I said ok to her but I hoped I will find something on you tube for a tutorial or pinterest. So when I got how I searched and searched I found one and saw this guy's tutorial many times till I understood how it was made. I went and bought all the materials so I can start making it. I unpicked and sewed and unpicked till I did it right when it was finished I gave it to her. She loved it so much that she didn't want to use it. lol Here is how it looked like

Rope basket

My daughter needs a basket for her keys so as usual I searched for a rope basket. I found a few that I like. I decided to try a few and after unpicking and unpicking because I started to make it round then unpicked to make it oblong then square in the end I ended up with a circle base. I decided to make one whatever it will look like it won't be perfect after my first try anyway. Well guess what my daughter liked it so I will make it larger with big opening since it is to put her keys in it. I made it out of  plastic rope and neon nylon rope and a hook. I didn't do it exactly like the tutorial that I watched but same technic. Now I see where I went wrong and I will try my best to do better. Here is a picture of my basket.

Crochet blue basket

I made this basket to see if it holds. I made it with two strands of yarn to see how stiff it comes out. It holds but maybe I should you glue and water I think the formula is to stiffen it up. I don't like the sugar method it might bring ants is summer. I think I might experiment a little more with this basket idea. I also tried a design on it. I put a white insert as well. Let'see if my eldest daughter likes it. I need to try a rectangle or square basket too.
