Amigurumi turtle blanket

My daughter wanted me to make her one of these baby blanket. So I found a free pattern for the blanket on Planet June's website. She also have lovely turtles' patterns as well but I didn't feel like buying her patterns this time. I searched for real look turtles and it took me awhile but I ended up finding what I liked. It was also a free pattern if I am not mistaken I found this turtle pattern from revalry.com. the turtles take awhile to make as they are all in pieces so lots of sewing. The blanket will be useful. I used all the blue yarn which I love to use what I have. I most likely would make another one with pastel colours like what my daughter likes but I had to try one.

My fave Flop

This has to be one of my favourite that I made. I love how it turned out. My daughter said it should have smaller eyes which is a pity I never checked out the character before. I followed a free pattern from pinterest. She also has Bing which I shared with you too. I also like that Bing turned out exactly like the character. I am proud of how these turned out. The Lady is an awesome designer and she shared them for free very generous of her. You should give these a go if you have little kids. My grandsons sleep with many of the toys I make for them. They are suppose to take off a few when they get a new one but it is hard for them, so, on the side of their bed is full of small toys. I present to you Flop

Baby rattles

I made these baby rattles for my daughter. She would like to give them as a present to someone having twins lucky for them. How I would have loved a pair. She showed me what she wanted from a picture and I did the rest. As usual my resource is pinterest or you tube. I got some inspirations from a video and my computer wouldn't work out too good that day so I culdn't excess a free pattern from pinterest. I always do my own thing so it is not exactly as the video. I just saw how it is done. I made them in cotton as it is cuter.

Colourful Doll

I made this doll out of cotton following a video. It was a basic doll from youtube. I ended up doing the head myself as I didn't want to make it separate. I did the beanie so I don't have to make hair. I like her shirt, I love the colours I used. I wanted to use up the cotton I had but I ended up buying more as my daughter ordered me to make her baby rattles that she would like to give away. It is a well explained video and you can easily follow the lady. My daughter did the eyes with felt I personally think she looks mean like a mean teacher lol.

Fruits keychains

I loved making these fruits' key chains. Actually one is a lolly. I made them out of cotton. They are so cute all free patterns from pinterest. As soon as my nearly four year's old grandson saw the pear he hooked it on his shorts, so cute. He always come in and check my spot where all the newly items are finished and checks them out. Mostly what I make is for them. Guys if you want to try out these fruits they are fairly easy. Here are mine.

Amigurumi Bing

I made Bing for my grandsons because they watch him on tv. Lucky for my someone posted the patterns for free. I owe my gratitude to her. My grandsons will love him they sleep with may of the toys I made for them. It is a fairly easy pattern. It doesn't take too long to make. those brown lines I thought they will take me forever. I listen to stuff while I am doing crochet. While doing this I listened to George Muller a german man who opened orphanages in Bristol without asking people for money Only praying to God. what an inspirational man. The guy who reads his narratives is so soothing to listen to. So It is kind of relaxing for me. Look him up on pinterest for the free pattern.

Christmas amigurumi wreath

I Made this beautiful amigurumi wreath with Christmas colours. I made one for my daughter that I was giving her on Christmas day but I ended up giving it to her early. I since made two other ones for my sister. I saw one on pinterest which I liked then I watched on youtube to see how they are done.  I used a foam ring and I made large santa big enough to fit in the middle. I never learn I should have wrote the pattern down the first time. I also did the hat as I go and the balls at the buttom. You will never know if you have enough or if you need smaller or larger ones. I did few sizes and then I stuck them with glue cheating lol but I sewed Santa. I also did a cord at the back so you can hang it from but it you might need a bigger hook you can always add a ribbon to it. I used Christmas colours yarn. You will need about two white, one red  and one green plus the foam and stuffing if you like to try this out.
